His latest book with Anne Buist, The General Hospital, was published March 2025. It’s the third in the Menzies Mental Health Series which began with The Glass House, a bestseller that’s continuing to attract a lot of interest including a podcast in which people with lived experience discuss the cases.
Graeme Simsion is a former IT consultant who, at the age of fifty, decided to turn his hand to fiction. His novels have since sold more than seven million copies in forty-two languages and all have had screen rights optioned.
The Rosie Project was published in 2013, followed by The Rosie Effect and The Rosie Result, The Best of Adam Sharp, Creative Differences and the Two Steps series with his partner, Anne Buist.
His other books include The Novel Project (how-to), a recipe book narrated by Rosie hero Don Tillman, and two books on data modelling. His latest book, with Anne, is The Oasis.
